I created this portfolio to showcase select examples of my work in branding, communications, storytelling, and leadership development. I believe storytelling is a powerful tool—not only to convey information but to inspire, engage, and build strong organizational cultures. Employee Highlight: Spencer

Spencer, a valued member of Viewrail's Pit Crew, recently completed his last month with us. This video showcases Spencer's inspiring journey and the program developed in partnership with ADEC Indiana. ADEC passionately advocates for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, empowering them to live lives filled with choice and possibility. This video was used internally to celebrate Spencer's time with us and the Pit Crew.

Motivational Video: This Place

This motivational video was created as a morale booster during a challenging month marked by turnover and profit loss, which led to significant organizational tension. It was featured at our all-staff meeting and distributed via email. The script was personally crafted by me, and all video footage was captured in a single day.

This Employee Highlight introduces you to Mackenzie. This video was created specifically for recruiting purposes.

Elkhart Campus Vision Project

This mini-documentary was used during our capital campaign to raise funds for the renovation of our new campus.

Yemi Mobolade Personal Brand

Before Yemi ran for Mayor, he invested in his personal brand. Yemi and I worked together to create a site that showed who he is and his body of work. Ultimately this kicked off and set the tone for his campaign and eventual election.

Elkhart Community Church

This website for Elkhart Community Church was a complete overhaul of brand and marketing. I designed this website and captured all of the images and videos seen. Subcontracted a graphics designer to get them a new logo. I was also responsible for generating all copy for this site.
